A 13-month commitment is available for use with all regular advances having maturities up to one year. The member is not obligated to draw, and advance funding during the term may be excluded, if authorized by the Bank. Funded advances will be at the Bank's posted rates. Available in amounts up to 5% of the member's total assets, not to exceed $100 million. The Bank will quote a commitment fee upon request. The fee is nonrefundable and will vary with market conditions.
