The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLB Chicago) offers its customers two high-quality, interest-bearing deposit vehicles, the Daily Investment Deposit (DID) account and Term Deposits. These deposit instruments are designed to offer a convenient investment alternative is easy to use.

These interest-bearing deposits are available to both members and institutions eligible to become members of the FHLB Chicago. Members and eligible non-members earn the same rate of interest and can take advantage of the other benefits the Chicago FHLB deposit instruments offer.

Statements are available on eBanking, the FHLB Chicago's report website. These statements reflect all transactions for the day including interest earned and wire transactions. Customers can, at any time, call the FHLB Chicago to select their statement frequency: daily; weekly; twice monthly; or monthly. Monthly Summary statements include itemized account activity and interest earned.
