The wire transfer service of the FHLB Chicago is an expeditious, secure, and inexpensive funds transfer service. Funds can be transferred by contacting a Wire Service representative or directly by the customer through a Customer Direct Access (CDA) link.

Customer Direct Access (CDA)
The CDA system is a dial-in access
system that allows FHLB Chicago customers to access the
wire transfer system. Customers are given the options
to view incoming wires, create outgoing wires, view daily
transactions, and history for up to 20 prior business
days.
The system is setup with security procedures to ensure the integrity of the
customers' wire transfers. Some of the features are:
• personal Identification Numbers (PIN) and Test Codes are provided to and
known only by the customer;
• user can change passwords as often as desired; user is logged off after
excessive unsuccessful access attempts
• and terminal is deactivated if unused for a period of time.
