A $720,000 Affordable Housing Program grant helped build 5th Avenue Lofts located in downtown Kenosha, Wisconsin. 5th Avenue Lofts offers 60 mixed-income rental housing apartments to the  residents who enjoy beautiful views of Lake Michigan and all the benefits of living within steps of fine dining, the hospital, library, marina, museums, shopping, and transportation. Southwick Place Apartments: A Labor of Love​

A $320,000 Affordable Housing Program grant helped create Southwick Place Apartments, located in Matteson, Illinois. Southwick Place provides 40 affordable, high-quality rental housing units specially equipped with assistive technology for people living with mobility impairments. The residents of Southwick Place enjoy life as a small community of people living with various physical disabilities. Oconomowoc School Apartments: New Life for an Old School​

​​A $300,000 Affordable Housing Program grant helped transform Oconomowoc School, located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsi​n, into 55 affordable, high-quality rental housing units. The ambitious goal to maintain the character of the building, restore original school features, and convert the property into functional living spaces is featured in the Oconomowoc School Apartments video.
