RFQ: Project Management Tool

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBC) is seeking to evaluate and implement a modern project management platform to support a standardized, transparent, and integrated delivery model across the organization. 

Vendors who can demonstrate the capabilities outlined below are invited to indicate their interest in participating in the RFQ by completing the provided form below (please reference RITM0183788 – Project Management Tool RFQ) or by submitting your response to [email protected] no later than 4:00 PM (CT) on June 2, 2026. 

FHLBC is interested in solutions that provide the following capabilities: 

  • End-to-end project delivery management, including scheduling, task management, and lifecycle tracking 
  • Support for multiple delivery methodologies (e.g., agile and waterfall or hybrid) within a single platform 
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives, including multi-project programs and interdependent workstreams 
  • Standardized templates, workflows, and delivery structures to support consistency across projects 
  • Robust API capabilities to enable data integration and interoperability 
  • Integration with enterprise systems and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Workday, SharePoint)

The opportunity is open to qualified firms with demonstrated experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
