Summary:
In a flat yield curve, what is an investor to do? Predicting interest rates doesn’t work, so you have to cast aside your rate bias and use math to measure your potential outcomes if rates fall, rise, or remain unchanged. We will explore how to defend your net interest margin (NIM), in the scenario where you have the most exposure.
