For the past 11 years, David Porterfield has directed multifamily real estate development at Movin’ Out, Inc., a statewide nonprofit housing organization with a mission to provide housing solutions for families that include a family member with a permanent disability. Prior to joining Movin’ Out, Mr. Porterfield worked for 17 years for the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development. Mr. Porterfield has extensive experience in all aspects of housing development and finance.
