Finastra Summit Batch Processing RFQ

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking expert support to assess and improve the performance and reliability of Summit-related batch processes.  If you meet the requirements below, please respond by completing the Prospective Vendor Submission Form below (reference RITM0164183 Finastra Summit Batch Processing RFQ within the form), or by emailing vendormanagement@fhlbc.com prior to 4:00pm September 26, 2025. 

Must Have Requirements:  Able to provide evidence of the following specific to Finastra Summit 

  1. Experience providing advisory and implementation services  
  2. Able to provide evidence of prior engagements specific to performing tuning and batch optimization 
  3. Working with FAS 133 hedge relationship accounting and reporting using Finastra Summit 

 

 

Penetration Testing RFQ

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a firm with expertise in unauthenticated and authenticated network penetration testing, application penetration testing, a host-based review and physical testing and cloud-based configuration review to complete in 2026.  If you meet the requirements below, please respond by completing the Prospective Vendor Submission Form below (reference RITM0163092 Penetration Testing RFQ within the form), or by emailing vendormanagement@fhlbc.com prior to 4:00pm October 10, 2025. 

Requirements: 

  1. You are a security consulting firm with expertise in network, application and physical penetration testing  
  2. You are interested and available to provide the consulting services
