Independence Day| Holiday Hours

In observance of Independence Day, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago) and the Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Program have amended hours for Thursday, July 3, 2025, and Friday, July 4, 2025.

  • On Thursday, July 3, 2025, term advances and MPF Delivery Commitments close at 1 p.m.; letters of credit close at 2 p.m.; and overnight and open line advances close at 3 p.m.
  • On Friday, July 4, 2025, FHLBank Chicago and the MPF Program are closed.
