Overview 

This webinar will provide a general overview of eligibility and underwriting guidelines for the MPF® Traditional products (MPF Original, MPF 125 and MPF 35).  Attention will be given to the differences between manually underwriting a loan and using an automated underwriting system (AUS) such as Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) and Loan Product Advisor.® (LPA).  Underwriting basics such as LTVs, credit scores, property types, income, and assets will be discussed. This webinar will also include an overview of recently announced updates to the MPF Traditional Selling Guide.
