Summary

This presentation provides an in-depth overview of the MPF® Direct product. These recurring sessions are available to provide both initial and refresher training for PFIs approved to offer the MPF Direct product. In the first half of this webinar, eligibility and underwriting will be discussed with attention paid to the five different eligibility options that make up this product. We'll discuss when there may be an opportunity for exceptions to be made when certain characteristics don't fit into the guidelines. In the second half of the webinar, the entire product process flow will be covered from origination through servicing. Topics within this portion of the webinar include information on locking rates, extending rates, exception requests, loan purchase requests and loan servicing. Due to the length of this webinar, there will be a short break between the two sections.
