Summary

As outlined in an MPF Marketing Bulletin dated January 23, 2020, the oversight of default reporting will be transitioning to the MPF Provider.  Included in this change, is the launch of a new default management system, eMAQCS® Plus. eMAQCS Plus will accommodate monthly delinquency reports (Exhibit B) uploads in addition to other delinquency-related servicing documents. This webinar is designed to provide an introduction to the features and functions available in eMAQCS Plus.

This presentation will cover:

• Review of remittance  requirements and the  monthly reporting timelines
• Review of the initial and final Turnaround Reports (TARs) and identify common exceptions
• Explain how to research and clear differences using the Exception Clearing Report (ECR)

• Default Servicing Staff
• Personnel responsible for compiling or uploading monthly delinquency data to the MPF Master Servicer.
