Join Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago) staff for a live webinar to learn more about the 2022 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) General Fund. AHP funds are awarded as grants of up to $900,000 to subsidize the acquisition, new construction, and/or rehabilitation of affordable rental or owner-occupied housing. Topics covered will include project eligibility, financial feasibility, and the 2022 scoring guidelines. Since 2015, FHLBank Chicago has granted over $190 million in AHP subsidy to affordable housing projects, primarily within FHLBank Chicago’s district of Illinois and Wisconsin.
