The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago) is committed to being an industry leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. To this end, we routinely look to support our members on their DEI journeys.

Later this year, two episodes of our new podcast series — The Margin Report™ — will focus on DEI strategies our members and partnering organizations can utilize. The first episode will discuss talent acquisition, and the second will address supplier diversity. 

We want to ensure these conversations are relevant to our members and want to hear from you! Through our online form, you can submit questions about either topic we'll address in the episodes. Submissions are due by August 15, 2023.
