In observance of Christmas and New Year’s, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago) and the Mortgage Partnership Finance^® (MPF^®) Program have amended hours on Friday, December 22; Monday, December 25; Friday, December 29; and Monday, January 1. 

• On Friday, December 22, 2023, term advances and MPF delivery commitment close at 1 p.m.; letters of credit close at 2 p.m.; and overnight and open line advances close at 3 p.m.
• On Monday, December 25, 2023, FHLBank Chicago and the MPF Program are closed.
• On Friday, December 29, 2023, term advances and MPF delivery commitment close at 1 p.m.; letters of credit close at 2 p.m.; and overnight and open line advances close at 3 p.m.
• On Monday, January 1, 2024, FHLBank Chicago and the MPF Program are closed.
