Our Corporate Citizenship program is focused on volunteerism, thought leadership, civic engagement, philanthropy, and leadership development. The objective is to foster strategic relationships aligned with our mission, focused on housing and economic development. Through our volunteerism efforts, we focus on housing and economic development needs in our community and encourage our employees to support causes important to them outside of work.

Spotlight: Transforming Technology into Opportunity

 

In 2024, FHLBank Chicago issued new laptops to employees as part of our ongoing digital transformation. This gave us an opportunity to reuse and repurpose our former laptops and give them new life. Through collaboration, volunteerism, and outreach, we were able to make a positive impact on our local communities.
