Educational Webinars

We are committed to empowering our members and partners through sharing our industry knowledge and resources. Our webinars are designed to help financial institutions, housing developers, and community partners stay informed, compliant, and competitive in today’s evolving financial landscape. 

MPF also hosts regular webinars and training sessions on underwriting guidelines, product updates, and advanced topics like business tax return analysis. These sessions are led by industry experts and often feature guest presenters from organizations like Radian and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

MPF® University

MPF University offers a wide range of educational resources and professional development opportunities tailored to the needs of mortgage professionals. Whether you're new to the industry or looking to deepen your expertise, MPF University provides flexible, self-paced learning designed to support your success. 

Through a partnership with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), MPF University offers access to a curated library of residential mortgage courses. These courses are hosted on the MBA’s TOPCLASS platform and are available to all participating financial institutions (PFIs) and their employees. Participants can: 

  • Learn at their own pace with progress saved across sessions 
  • Choose from over 160 licensed courses focused on residential lending 
  • Access the platform via a secure, personalized login
