Membership and activity stock are subject to repurchase and withdrawal provisions defined in the Capital Plan.

Dividends are declared quarterly by the Board based on earnings. Class B1 generally receives a higher rate to reward usage.

Requirements are based on a percentage of a member’s outstanding advances, letters of credit, and eligible MPF loan balances.

Class B1 stock is activity-based and tied to advances and MPF participation, typically earning a higher dividend. Class B2 stock is membership-based and required for maintaining Bank membership.
