FHLBank Chicago is seeking a strategic communications partner to augment internal capabilities and support the Bank’s strategic priorities, product initiatives, executive visibility, and reputation management needs.

We are seeking firms with expertise in brand and reputation management, narrative and messaging development, media relations, executive voice and thought leadership, internal and change communications, and crisis and issues management. The partnership will support strategic planning and execution across product campaigns and enterprise initiatives, complemented by measurement and reporting to assess communications effectiveness.

The ideal partner will provide senior-level strategic counsel, flexible capacity, specialized expertise, and an objective external perspective. The goal is to help the Communications Team execute high-impact campaigns, strengthen stakeholder trust, support organizational change, and respond effectively to emerging opportunities and reputational risks while maintaining alignment with the Bank’s mission and strategic priorities.
