FHLBank Chicago is launching a competitive sourcing event with a goal of establishing a preferred supplier program for technology delivery services.

We are seeking providers with strong execution capabilities across Quality Engineering, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, DevSecOps, IT Operations, Data, and Artificial Intelligence. The program will support a mix of advisory and delivery services, with a primary focus on the expertise and capacity needed to execute technology initiatives.

We are also interested in delivery models spanning Chicago, rural U.S., nearshore, and offshore locations, with the goal of finding the right balance of quality, consistency, scalability, and cost. The broader objective is to build strategic supplier relationships that provide flexible delivery capacity and competitive commercial models.
