Christmas and New Year's Day | Holiday Hours
In observance of Christmas and New Year's Day, FHLBank Chicago and the Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Program will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025 and Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026.
Additionally, due to the SIFMA Bond Market’s scheduled early closing on the business day prior to the observance of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, delivery commitments and fundings will not be accepted by the MPF Program after 1:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025 and Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025. The MPF Service Center will remain open on Dec. 24, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025, to take calls and answer questions until 3:00 p.m. CT.
