Overview

The new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 is more than a simple update – it’s a complete redesign of the legacy appraisal forms! This 2-hour session lays the foundation for understanding the enhanced Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

In the first hour, we will cover the following:

  • The purpose of an appraisal, the responsibilities of the appraiser, lender, and reviewer
  • Review general property eligibility requirements
  • Explore the UAD & URAR Redesign Project
  • Meet the new URAR and evaluate Part 1

In the second hour, we’ll build on the content from the first hour including a deeper dive into evaluating the new URAR and applying it in real-world lending scenarios. NOTE: There will be a 5-minute break between sessions at approximately 2:00 PM CT.
