Getting to Know Fannie Mae’s HomeReady® and Freddie Mac’s Home Possible® Products

Beginning April 27, both Fannie Mae’s HomeReady® and Freddie Mac’s Home Possible® products will be available under the conventional MPF® Traditional products. In this session you will learn how both options are a great way to increase homeownership opportunities for low-income borrowers. The features and eligibility requirements for both products will be covered. Please note that that Freddie Mac’s Home Possible option will only be available under the conventional MPF Traditional products while HomeReady will be available under both the MPF Xtra® product and the conventional MPF Traditional products.
