In Q1 2023, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago) will be migrating to a new security authentication platform. The upgrade will modernize how our members and other users access our systems, heighten safety and security, and enhance ease of use. The change will also affect how users authenticate and log-into our FHLBank Chicago applications, including eBanking and our online portal for the Affordable Housing Program (AHP). At this time, eMPF^® and eMAQCS^®plus will not be affected.

There is no immediate action for our members or other users to take. Please be on the lookout in early Q1 2023 for more detailed instructions regarding next steps and details of how to register in our new security platform.
