The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) General Fund is now open for applications. In 2024, FHLBank Chicago is increasing the maximum grant per project to $2M and expects to award over $48.8M to the highest-scoring eligible applications.
Application Period
Applications may be initiated in AHP Online beginning today. The application deadline is 5 p.m. CT on Friday, June 14. As a reminder, sponsors access AHP Online through this link, while members access AHP Online through eBanking.

There are many resources available to help sponsors and members complete their AHP application.
